A Scottsdale Girls Trip House with Pool, Hot Tub and Pickleball

Planning a Scottsdale girls trip? The Sunkiss is a private house in Scottsdale, Arizona with a pool, a hot tub included at no extra cost, a private pickleball court, a game room and four king bedrooms plus a bunk room. It sleeps up to 16, so the whole group stays together.

This guide covers how the house works for a girls weekend, how to plan days and nights, and what to know before you book.

Room for everyone, without the bed debate

Four king bedrooms mean four pairs get a proper bed, and the bunk room is perfect for the friends who are happy to share. There are three bathrooms for getting ready, and a living room with a 'Sunkissed in Scottsdale' neon sign that tends to end up in the group photos.

The Sunkiss sleeps up to 16 guests in five bedrooms: four king bedrooms plus a bunk room, with three bathrooms.

Pool days and hot tub nights

The private backyard is where most girls trips happen: the pool for afternoons, the hot tub for late-night catch-ups, a covered patio lounge for shade, and a fire pit for evenings under the desert sky.

The private pool is not automatically heated. Optional pool heat is $100 per night, recommended October through May, requires at least 3 days' notice before arrival and must be purchased for the entire stay. The hot tub is included at no extra cost.

Something to do between the pool and dinner

When the group wants a little friendly competition, there is a private pickleball and basketball court, a putting green, lawn games like cornhole and ladder toss, and a game room with a pool table and foosball.

Scottsdale also offers spas, shopping, hiking and Old Town dining and nightlife. Our Explore page lists ideas with directions from the house.

Brunch at home, dinner out

The chef's kitchen has a large marble island that works as a brunch bar, and the dining room seats the group for a long dinner in. On other nights, head out to Scottsdale's restaurants and save the hot tub for after.

Planning the weekend together

Most girls trips start with a group chat and a shared list of dates. Once you agree on dates, open the official booking calendar to see live availability and the full total, so everyone knows the plan before booking flights.

Agree on a rough shape for each day: one big night out, one slow pool day, a hike or a spa morning, and at least one dinner at the house. The Explore page has ideas for hikes, spas and Old Town dining with directions from the house, and the Plan page helps you build a day-by-day plan to share.

What to pack for Scottsdale

Pack swimwear, sun protection, a hat and sunglasses year-round. Winter and spring evenings get cool in the desert, so bring a layer for the fire pit and hot tub nights. Comfortable shoes help if hiking or pickleball is on the list.

Getting ready, together

Three bathrooms make morning routines easier for a full house, and the four king bedrooms give each pair private space to unwind. Pick rooms before arrival to save time on day one.

Celebrations and house rules

Birthdays, bachelorette weekends and reunions are common reasons for a girls trip. The Sunkiss is residential lodging, not an event venue, so read the visitor and gathering rules on the Plan page before you book. Offsite celebrations work best when the house is your home base.

Plan the season too: winter and spring are popular in Scottsdale, and the pool is most comfortable in cooler months with optional heat.

Live dates, the full stay total, taxes and fees are shown on the official booking calendar before you pay. Nothing on this site is a quote or a promise of availability.
