About an 8-minute drive to Old Town's galleries, patios and restaurants. Drive times vary with traffic and events.

Q: Is there a private pool and hot tub?

Yes. The backyard has a private pool with a diving board and an 8-person hot tub, plus a gas fire table and lounge seating. Pool heating is available on request with three days' notice.

Q: What is there to do in the backyard?

A putting green, cornhole, ladder toss and turf lawn outside, plus a game area with a pool table, foosball and board games inside.

Q: What are check-in, checkout and parking details?

Check-in is after 4 p.m., checkout is before 10 a.m., and there's private driveway parking. The primary guest must be at least 25.

Q: Is this a party house?

No. The Sunkiss is built for families and group trips, but parties and events aren't permitted and exterior-facing cameras protect the driveway and front door.
