Gather an activity-oriented group around the kitchen and dining table, then spread out across four king rooms and the bunk room. Between meals, the orange-and-yellow sport court, pool, hot tub and fire pit keep the house part of the plan.
Thanksgiving planning
Use the kitchen island for meal prep and the dining room for gathering. Confirm grocery, takeout and restaurant holiday hours directly before ordering or traveling.
Pack layers for cooler desert evenings, swimsuits for the hot tub and court shoes if pickleball or basketball is part of the house plan.
Christmas planning
Keep Christmas Day and December 26 flexible around a shared meal, backyard games and time at the house. The property does not promise seasonal decorations.

New Year planning
Build a low-key group plan around a meal, daytime outings and the home's pool, hot tub, sport court and fire pit. Parties are not permitted and quiet hours apply.

Pool heat generally reaches about 20–25 degrees above the ambient temperature, so colder nights can limit the temperature the pool reaches. The private hot tub is included at no extra cost. Dogs are welcome, up to two; a pet fee applies (see the booking page). Cats are not permitted. The pet fee is confirmed on the official booking calendar with your dates. Policies may change — confirm when you request dates. No parties; neighborhood quiet hours apply.
